Cancellation and Returns

- Return Period: Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- Refund: We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
How to Return Your Goods
- Notification: To cancel your order, please notify us by filling in our returns form.
- Return Instructions: After notifying us, please securely package the goods and send them back to the address provided.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Conditions for Return
- Condition of Goods: The goods should be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number with the returned goods.
Clothing Sizes
- Checking Sizes: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the sizes against the size guide provided on our website before placing an order.
- Size Discrepancies: If you believe that the clothing size is not as described online, you can return it as per our standard returns policy.
Faulty Items
- Fault Discovery After Acceptance: If you discover a fault after accepting an item, you may request a repair or replacement. You can still reject the item after it has been repaired or replaced.
- Definition of Acceptance: A customer has accepted an item if they have:
- Told us they’ve accepted it (having had enough opportunity to inspect the item before confirming they’ve received it).
- Altered the item.
- Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 6 months, unless we can prove it was not faulty when they bought it.
- Proof of Fault After 6 Months: If a customer asks for a repair or replacement after 6 months, we may ask them to prove that the item was faulty when they bought it.
